Karmady hopes to provide the Aitkin community with a unique fitness facility that transcends beyond gender, age, or athletic ability.  We strive to create an environment that is welcoming and intimidation-free.  All instructors are passionate about the skill that they bring to the studio and are excited to share that passion.  Karmady realizes that the type of class we need may change from day to day, week to week depending on the stresses in our life.  This is why we hope to offer a variety of options for your yoga and fitness needs.  All we ask is that you listen to what your body is telling you...
